Can we get an update already?
As another review says, this app makes you manually enter your account information each and every time you make a payment, which is completely annoying. It does NOT allow you to set up automatic payments. The last 6 months or so, every time I log on, I have to refresh it 7-8 times in order for it to even show my current bill so that I can even make a payment. Other times I will enter my payment from an account I know for a fact has the funds in it, the same account I regularly use, and it will tell me that the payment has been declined. It is so so non-user friendly that I have most of the time just waited for the white paper to come in the mail signaling that my water payment is late to know that I need to make the payment, and know that this horrible app will actually accept it. The app was a step in the right direction from having to go on the city website every month, but can we please get an update now, there has to be a better way.

Late Bill
I would stick to just taking your bills down to the water department itself until they change the structure of their app. This app does not display your bills actuate to what you’ve paid until the next bill cycle. So if you can’t remember what you paid or that you did pay it, you’re kind of SOL. They also have no way of notifying you about your delinquency electronically so you have to wait for a letter in the mail telling you that you’re late. I’ve never been late paying a bill, especially a utility bill, until I used this app. Devs need to figure it out.

Almost useless
This app allows you to make payments with a debit/credit card or with a direct draft from a bank account. However, it does NOT allow you to save your payment information, which I assume is for liability reasons. It also disallows copy and paste, which means the user is required to manually enter their account numbers each and every time a payment is made. This is difficult on a mobile keyboard, and disallowing paste means that you can’t use a password manager, either.
