App Does Not Work
This app, quite simply, does not work. I am unable to even get past the initial screen which says to get started and enable location. It just comes back repeatedly each time I press it. I have confirmed that location services are enabled for the app, and it still doesn’t work. I am using an iPhone 16 Pro which has been updated to latest version of iOS. This is extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.

App won’t install
Loops on the “Enable Location” screen that says “Meineke rewards works best either location permissions.”
First time through you get presented with options,
“Allow Once”
“Allow while using the app”
“Never”
If you select the first option it thinks for a second and circles back.
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, then select the second option, same thing.
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, then make either selection, then go to Settings and change location permissions to “Always”, same thing.
Poor quality control in development and release testing.

This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t go past the location services to even let you into the app .
Outright Broken App
I’m curious how an app can be genuinely unusable from the first review I’m seeing in here on April 20th, 2026 to the time that I’m writing this on June 3rd, 2026, that the app is so broken you literally can’t open it. Not a great indicator of how seriously they take themselves as a company if it’s 6 weeks and counting of an unusable product.
