App Does Not Work
This app, quite simply, does not work. I am unable to even get past the initial screen which says to get started and enable location. It just comes back repeatedly each time I press it. I have confirmed that location services are enabled for the app, and it still doesn’t work. I am using an iPhone 16 Pro which has been updated to latest version of iOS. This is extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed immediately.

App won’t install
Loops on the “Enable Location” screen that says “Meineke rewards works best either location permissions.”
First time through you get presented with options,
“Allow Once”
“Allow while using the app”
“Never”
If you select the first option it thinks for a second and circles back.
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, then select the second option, same thing.
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, then make either selection, then go to Settings and change location permissions to “Always”, same thing.
Poor quality control in development and release testing.

This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t go past the location services to even let you into the app .
Outright Broken App
I’m curious how an app can be genuinely unusable from the first review I’m seeing in here on April 20th, 2026 to the time that I’m writing this on June 3rd, 2026, that the app is so broken you literally can’t open it. Not a great indicator of how seriously they take themselves as a company if it’s 6 weeks and counting of an unusable product.

It supposedly had bug fixes but the app won’t work at all
App won’t even open
I got an email suggesting I download the app for rewards after a recent service appointment. Immediately downloaded and tried to set it up, and it won’t progress past the “Meineke app works best with location privileges” page. I have tried every option within location services (set to always, ask each time, or only while using, with and without precise location turned on), and it just keeps looping between the “Get Started” screen and the “Enable Location Services” screen over and over again no matter what I do. This app will not open for me on the iPhone 17 Pro Max
Can’t get past request for location
I was fine with the old app. Now this one asks for location and then returns me to the get started screen. This is ridiculous.
Brutal physical service broken app
Trying to contact customer service through the app after a botched oil change is now creating rough idle and insane smoke. The app is unable to get past the first 2 screens. It goes from enable location to a “continue” screen and back again. It’s a broken spiral that renders the app totally useless.

Took all my rewards points I built up!!!
This app is always crashing and having to be force closed etc.. I have been going to Meineke for 2 years atleast and I had rewards points built up enough to get a free synthetic oil change and I recently tried to use my rewards for free windshield wiper blades and all of my points disappeared. And everytime I click on offers it closes the app.. FIRESTONE doesn’t have these problems at all

Good app, but coupon section never loads and causes app to crash every time I click on it.
