What is this?
My gym told me I could change my billing information in the app. But as far as I can tell that’s not possible
Useless
Same as everyone else. Nothing works. You get kicked out/ app closes if you try to see the schedule/sign up for classes. Also can’t get into the gym with the barcode scanner.
Stopped loading on iOS
Worked fine for a year and a half and then just stopped loading one day. Reinstalling, clearing cache, nothing worked. No updates have been released.
Broken
I fill out my info with my correct name and my account number, and it still refuses to let me log in. Plus, even when I did have access to it, I couldn’t view anything. Instead a warning popped up saying something along the lines of “Your facility does not have access to this app” pls fix.
No longer works
What’s going on with this app? It’s totally blank! This app is so frustrating 😡 I’m only giving it 1 star because it’s making me. It deserves none.
Doesn’t work at all
“Unexpected error reopen app” but never opens and can’t book childcare at my gym anymore wasting my money!
Won’t open
All I need this app for is my gym entry. It’s hard to get a work out in when your only way into the gym won’t operate.

Was an ok app when it wasn’t crashing, but with the latest update, it doesn’t work anymore. Looks like the last time they updated the app was iOS 14

It is frustrating to have an app that you can’t update account information. You have to use an entirely different login…PITA

Garbage
This app is awful. Half of my attempts to login hang. When it manages to load, half of the available calendar dates fail to load. And since many of my preferred time slots on most days are fully booked, the app ends up seizing up in perpetual load screens after I try to search for dates with availability. The whole experience is aggravating.

Wrong lanes
When using the app to reserve pool lanes; sometimes I will click on the lane but it reserves another lane. Also booking the lanes is hard it’s so small.
Quick to fix issues
Happy to say the iOS issues were fixed and the app is working well again !!
Crashes immediately
The app crashes instantly once you try to open it. Possibly due to IOS 14. Please update and fix
