The person who sold this insurance to me, Lauren Bailey, said I would be paid 50% of my preexisting surgery (DNC) and now when I call, I am put on hold for almost 30 mins and when I do get a hold of someone, she says if we get any money back. Very discouraging. I am at a loss. Also, when I do talk to one of the reps, she said she would call me back in fifteen. She even set her alarm. She never called. When I called back, besides kids yelling in the background she said that we missed them cause they are closed now. If she would have called back, that would not of happened.
I am super confused how this works. I can’t believe she talked me into life insurance. This is something I really can’t afford.
