The person who sold this insurance to me, Lauren Bailey, said I would be paid 50% of my preexisting surgery (DNC) and now when I call, I am put on hold for almost 30 mins and when I do get a hold of someone, she says if we get any money back. Very discouraging. I am at a loss. Also, when I do talk to one of the reps, she said she would call me back in fifteen. She even set her alarm. She never called. When I called back, besides kids yelling in the background she said that we missed them cause they are closed now. If she would have called back, that would not of happened.
I am super confused how this works. I canāt believe she talked me into life insurance. This is something I really canāt afford.

I was skeptical about the whole thing at 1st based on the fact that it seemed to be to smooth of a process. But it was the truth Iām glad to know that when I have a question of concern (like I did while signing up an shortly after ) thereās people that are friendly interested an intelligent on the other end of the phone ready to take of everything. Thanks again, to the man who signed me up a customer service reps!

App won't let me login
Session expired loop
Unable to access anything through the app, I get stuck in a constant loop stating my session has expired as soon as I login. Very irritating.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
No one takes this insurance or even has heard of this insurance! Iāve gone to at least 20 places in my area (OKC) which is a big city. The insurance company says that the list is updated but the places provide have no clue what Iām talking about.
