No tech support
There is zero technical support in English . my WiFi has not worked for weeks now and I will be canceling my contract
Zero function, Zero customer support
I am away from home and have no Internet access even though I have a MEO bundle. Customer service never answered the phone and the automated AI system pushes me to purchase more - spend more money for a non functioning platform

Paid €35 get 0.19 MBps and 4G connection
Paid prepaid plan, waited 6 hours for activation email, got a 4G eSIM - totally unusable. Support doesn’t respond, calls not included in any prepaid plan

Contacting MEO with a technical issue has been a nightmare. Broadband speed has been nothing like advertised and reporting the problem to get it fixed has so far been impossible

If you want to pay for a service that rarely works. Can never get any technical support and if you do get any the fix lasts a day. Then this is the company to use - note sarcasm.

I have had the longest break in service that I have ever experienced and several estimated repair times have come and expired without resolution I would never use them if possobl
Frustrating
I set up a MEO mobile phone account but in reality it seems to be with another company called Uzo. Therefore I can’t use this app at all, and logging on or getting any MEO help with my own Meo account seems to be impossible. Needlessly confusing branding issues
Please Provide an English Option.
The only update I want to see is an option to navigate in English. (Lots of English speakers using MEO in Portugal). Every decent app here has this option. Obrigada.
