CRASHES EVERY 4 MONTHS

I hate having to reset up this stupid system every 4 months because it continuously crashes for my parents. I’m setting it up again, right now! It keeps saying it isn’t connected, then my brother gets 188 ping on his PlayStation, FIGURE IT OUT.

I always reinstall this apps regarding in the connection of the internet thru modem. It is always failed to connect. Not so good

I am all of a sudden having trouble connecting to my MY MESH app and getting it to connect to the internet. I emailed tech support twice and both emails came back as undeliverable. Look elsewhere!
