Garbage
I am all of a sudden having trouble connecting to my MY MESH app and getting it to connect to the internet. I emailed tech support twice and both emails came back as undeliverable. Look elsewhere!
App always freezes
Whenever I try to update my new wifi service the app freezes. Haven’t been able to use the mesh system at all. What is going on??

Mesh Support Non Existent
I am having issues with the strength of my mesh force, not working. I’ve went to their website to try and find support, but their website is full of ads. None of the emails work and none of the phone work numbers work..
There is no way to get in touch with support. I had to go out and buy a new system because I’m not able to get the current one to work properly. The system was a waste of money and I do not recommend it. I’m not even sure if it is getting updates like it should.

Company has gone dark
Attempted to email support and lo and behold the email bounced back. Registration page for products gets a 404 error and customer support is non-existent. They are still selling products but have not updated the app in several years and in later versions of iOS it has become useless. Guess the 15 nodes I invested in are now worthless since they cannot even be registered or added to the app. My advice when it comes to mesh systems is go with a company that has been around for many years and actually cares about their customer. When it comes to mesh force products my advice is to RUN AWAY from them so you don’t lose out on your money.

Trash System and software.
Bought this a few years ago, it doesn’t connect anymore, and there has been no updates. Don’t waste your time with this nonsense.

Had for a yr and it drops connection a few times, but still works.
Add 1 hour 2 hours option for guest access
The default is 4 hours with no ability to change. Please add the feature and I will increase the rating.
Used for years then poof, GONE
I’ve used this app to manage my mesh system for years. Suddenly, the app isn’t working. The best I can manage my network now is to unplug the unit. App is useless now, I can’t log in or get past the Welcome/Setup page. The support link on the App Store is USELESS. It goes to a page so covered up with ADS that I can’t get to support. If you are thinking of buying anything that uses this app, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Worked well until the stopped working. Please fix.
Worked great for a couple years. Now the app won't connect to pods at all even though they're still connected to our main router. Please fix the problem. Rated in November 2024.

Love mymesh hardware when the freaking app is stable. Made a login and I manage two households and it randomly crashes or logs me out and can’t get back into my account and if I do it doesn’t show my house holds so I have to re do ever mesh in both homes to see it again. Just lost power at 5am main internet is working but the mesh network isn’t. And of course when I open mymesh app it says ‘setup’ and when I click it IT DOES NOTHING!!! I can’t even go to a sign in page. I’m about to break up with mymesh it’s giving me too many headaches lately

Doesn’t work from the get go
I bought a meshforce M7 3 pack from Amazon. I connected the first node to my modem and the default network came right up without problems. Then I launched this app, which identified the network as being a dynamic IP, which is fine. The next step was to reset the SSID to one of my own choosing. I tried to apply the settings but it simply would not work. It pretended to do so but it would not advance past that screen. Exiting the app and re-launching, rebooting iPhone, rebooting node, nothing worked. Perhaps I tried one of the other nodes in the box it would’ve worked, but if I have to start jumping through those sorts of hoops I figure I’m better off replacing the entire product with something better like a TP link deco.

What the heck happened?
I gather viewers. I had great luck the first couple years with the app and the mesh system but now it’s absolutely terrible. App locks on setup screen and cannot access previously blacklisted kids computers. Please fix and I will change my review but for now this is unfortunate.
Great then disappointing
I loved this app, as I often have internet issues I’m my area it allowed me to quickly isolate the problem isn’t with my Mesh. The mesh system itself have proven extremely reliable.

App keeps crashing. We moved and unable to set up at new location. Please update the software.
Not very useful
This is a mostly useless app that gives you no control over anything in the network. It only lets you see what devices are connected to which node but you can’t take any action on devices or nodes. You can’t reboot a node, disconnect a device, move a device to another node or test internet speed. I’m not sure why they made it other than for setup. If your connection is having trouble there is nothing you can do.

Terrible product and app, scam !
Set up a password for my mesh and the app and it doesn’t even work , terrible app can’t even access the Wi-Fi because the passwords don’t work thumbs down 👎🏼
