stuck on loading screen
app isn’t loading it’s just stuck on the loading screen, I understand the relentless 1 star reviews.
Terrible
I just want to add my moi card to my phone wallet. Who’s the useless employee that had to justify their job by making me download a broken app to simply add a damn card to a wallet. Should save yourselves money and fire everyone involved in this useless app.
Scan feature never works
When you try to scan the bar code to check the price, it will never work

Cette application-là ne marche jamais!
Cette application-là ne marche jamais! Il y a toujours des problèmes et des bogues. Elle se déconnecte toute seule et m’affiche constamment « session expirée », « mise à jour en cours » ou « veuillez réessayer plus tard ». Je suis à la caisse pour accumuler mes points, je ne peux pas simplement revenir plus tard!
À cause de tous ces problèmes, j’ai perdu énormément de points cette année. Nous faisons affaire avec Metro pour l’épicerie et avec Brunet pour la pharmacie, justement pour pouvoir accumuler des points Moi, mais encore faudrait-il que l’application fonctionne!
Honnêtement, ça ne donne vraiment pas le goût de continuer à faire affaire avec vous. Vous n’êtes pas les seuls à offrir une carte de fidélité et un programme de points. Si vous voulez fidéliser vos clients, commencez donc par régler votre application une fois pour toutes!

Multiples tentatives pour ouvrir l’application et ce, sans succès. J’ai même changé mon mot de passe!
Buggy and annoying
For how many years does this app have to suck until new developers are hired? Why is it signing me out so consistently? Why is it rejecting my long-standing member email and password today when it cities two days ago? Shameful trash.
No way to sign in after registration
They let you create an account,but you can’t use it to sign in to the application.Just a personal data harvesting app

Put my login info in and it just spins. I’ve deleted and redownloaded.
Slow, poor ui, missing products
While I can understand a slow startup, the ui makes it worse. The Home Screen has a search field. Except you can’t type into it. It takes you to another screen, which the search bar in a different location . If you tap to quickly it takes you to the ails screen and tapping in the search bar there takes you back to the search screen. On top of that,searching for some products (e.g Xanthan gum) shows no results, while the website shows it in stock at a nearby store.

Upc scanner doesn’t work on items in my store. Great lighting, no blur and still no scan to add items to the app
New user cannot register
Tried to register a new account, but hanging at the “create identifier”.
Application instable
Ça m’arrive souvent que l’application Mon Métro me demande de m’authentifier, alors que l’application SuperC ou Jean Coutu ne le fait pas.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai rempli les champs de l’authentification, et ensuite, plus rien. Même le bouton « Je me connecte » me provoque aucune action! Lorsque je choisis Assistance, la page Safari qui s’affiche est vide!
