I love how simple it is to report things around town. I snapped a photo of a streetlight that was out, hit submit, and got a follow-up the next day. My Mountain House makes me feel like my voice actually matters in the community!
Unoptimized & not user friendly
The city needs to get their money back, because this is one of the worst apps ever. I will personally protest the city if more than $500 was paid for this. My tax money has better uses than this app.
Location is non functional
The location feature to say where an issue occurs does not work. Since location is required on some types of tickets I cannot submit those tickets. When you type in an address and click done the location field remains blank.
