App needs work
The app required an update, once updated would no longer let me sign in as I need to upgrade my subscription… even though I pay monthly for my e-commerce store… so now I can’t manually create invoices until i finally get through to customer service. Wasn’t great before either, you can’t edit invoices if you make a mistake because it can’t understand how to add an existing customer, and you can’t edit discounts/shipping. So if you have a big invoice and make a tiny mistake you have to do the whole thing again- silly.

End of day & month reports
When it comes time to do taxes, there are no end of day reports or for the month. The only buttons are to log out, scan, or search, for an item. Other than that, it's a good app.
Needs urgent update!
This app needs urgent update. It is potentially an important tool for a Merchant, to enable them to take orders for their Ecwid Store. But it is lacking. For example there is no integrated way to enter pickup or home delivery date & time. I really hope it gets an urgent make-over. URGENTLY.
