OTP code never works correctly
It’s either the code doesn’t come early or doesn’t come at all or says it’s a wrong code when infact it’s a correct code.. it’s slow very slow

I still don’t understand why you need to turn on your data to use the app. even when connected to the wifi, you have to turn if off and turn on your data, which is very annoying

Network verification
Network verification issue kept popping up but I had network to make calls but the app wasn’t verifying me.
VERY POOR APP
This App is very temperamental - some days it works, other days it doesn’t work. I have several Broadband accounts i can’t even switch between them; neither can i top up. Suggest MTN hires proper western experts to resolve the programming. Seems the African IT specialists are not up to the skill level required for proper functioning
