Using this app enables me to access data bundle purchases, airtime recharge, MoMo transactions. But poor performance when out internet data bundle and unstable network connectivity.

Great but freezes when you need it the most.
Momo is Convenient
So far I kinda like Ghana Momo it’s convenient and no problems for five months
The app is terrible
Now without data you can’t buy data from the app, the app is super unstable. It doesn’t always refresh sometimes I buy data the money will be deducted but I will never receive the data
Mashup
My MoMo gets debit after purchase of the mashup and my airtime doesn’t get credited into my account 😞
Work on the app
You have to work on the app. When I need something the most is when the app will tell you to turn on your SIM data later it will tell you that you are not verified
Log out
It logged me out every after 2 days.

I just love this app, it makes all activities so simple.
OTP code never works correctly
It’s either the code doesn’t come early or doesn’t come at all or says it’s a wrong code when infact it’s a correct code.. it’s slow very slow
