Needs serious work
So many things in the app just don’t work. You don’t feel like using it, because you can’t trust it.
Can’t use property number and customer number to see service charges on the website.
And the app refuses to allow credit card payments for charges (after you enter pay for someone else).

The WORST app ever, doesn’t work, nakheel app is useless and a waste of time, nothing actually works
Unhappy landlord
Worst app, nothing work, always ask contact customer service but to reach someone is nightmare. Basically getting stuck after getting stuck and nothing moving with this app.
Logs out often
Many error messages
Terrible primitive app
Their way to avoid supporting the customers at any cost, absolutely terrible app.
