Terrible

Worked fine before the update and joining up with Virgin (who in my experience have always been poor). Now you are in a constant loop of trying to log in via Virgin which doesn’t work properly and it is very difficult and time consuming to find balance updates, make payments or basically do anything that used to be so easy. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

It’s possible there is a worse app out there, but I don’t know where

I wonder if the irony is lost on the developers of this app that it’s actually better to go to your laptop to manage your mobile phone.

Most of the pages open on web anyway, so it’s actually just easier.

That’s if you can even get into it. If you are overseas it just outright blocks you. Presumably nobody with a mobile phone ever goes overseas, especially on a roaming tariff. Idiots.

However, even if you have bothered with all of that it doesn’t work anyway. Permanent errors on the payment gateway. I’m literally trying to give you money?

I’d say they probably vibe coded it in a weekend with Claude only that would be a bit insulting to Claude.

Honestly awful

Nightmare
Just trying to top up through the app. Have to get e mail verification despite having Face ID. Then I get someone else’s account with hundreds of pounds on it (I had £3.50) no idea what’s going on with virgin. Branson hang your head in shame. Eventually had to ring and give all my card details. Not ideal.

What’s the point of Face ID to log in when you have to f—- about with going to email for a link to then be directed to safari to verify then re open app to continue what your doing. What a waste of time, app is totally useless now. Can’t even get on it. Just keeps saying well that’s embarrassing.

Awful since merging it with virgin

Used to be able to easily access my account but no longer able to access it at all, awful update and really needs fixing so people can actually access their accounts
