App not loading
It’s been a couple of months now and I’m unable to open my o2 priority app! It’s logged me off and logging back in seems impossible. It’s frustrating! What causes this and how can I log back in?
Joke
An absolute joke. Utter waste of time. Impossible to win anything. I've been a loyal customer with 02 for 15+ years and they used to offer benefits which were worth having. Not any more. Jokers
My Mondays are Still Blue.
Used to enjoy Blue Mondays as you were guaranteed a prize, but now it’s boring. Haven’t received a prize in weeks and it just seems like it’s no longer worth doing.
Stopped working
This was ok for a while but it’s stopped working because it wants me to link my Virgin Media account to O2. I don’t have an O2 account so it doesn’t give me access. It’s completely Useless!
Persistent Login Failures Render App Unusable
O2 Priority fails to deliver on its basic functionality due to severe, recurring authentication issues. Despite attempting access across multiple operating systems, specifically iOS and Android, the application consistently refuses to complete the login process on both devices.
For a platform built around providing network perks, the complete inability to access the account makes the service entirely redundant. Experiencing identical technical faults across different mobile platforms points to a systemic backend issue rather than an isolated device error. This unreliable user experience significantly undermines the value of being an O2 customer. The app requires immediate technical resolution before it can be considered functional.
