Waste of time, can’t log in

Tried to link my Virgin Media account and it won’t send me the 6 digit code in order to create the account, tried ringing o2 no help.

Linked my virgin account with o2 priority app but never get sent 6 digit code to my mobile phone. Looks like I won't be able to get my concert tickets early.

VM customer but can’t access it

Have been a Virgin Media customer for many years and tried using this app today. Accessed from my VM account and recognised I’m a customer but won’t send a 6 digit code to my phone so can’t access the app. Hugely disappointed
