It never actually works.
You get it to work a day or two, they put out an update that breaks it, so when you log in it will say your account is paid and 0.00 due and it wont let you add to your account. Extremely frustrating.
New update crashes
The recent update crashes when I log into the app. It shuts down right after I submit my verification code.
App colors are hard to read
The app works great. However it uses green backgrounds with black font which makes it difficult for many to read. It does not comply with low vision standards. Please fix.
Bad update
I cannot log into my account after the recent update. The app will start to sign in then the app would crash. I’ve tried multiple times and it shuts down after the log in prompt.
Newest version crashes on start
The app has up to now worked fine. With iOS 26.4.2 I get to the part where I enter the security code sent to my text, then it crashes. 🤷🏼♂️
Crashes on login
App repeatedly crashes when logging in, rendering the app useless.
Cannot Login
Just signed on with OEC and while most other aspects have been good, this app has been a real letdown regarding logging in. I wish this was fixed as every attempt to log in with right credentials within this app fails. Very frustrating.

Great app
Great app for viewing my usage and bill and also paying. Does what I need it to do.
One bug I have found is that when the phone is in dark mode, and I view my bill, the navigation(back) button and the share button are of white color and can barley be seen.

Crashes
Was a great app until I got an update on my iPhone, now every time I open it, it crashes within 3 seconds. Can’t use :(
Convenient
App works great, easy to see and pay bill. Only complaint is the pop up saying I should get the new app s as hen I have it.

I love this app I can see how much my bill is and pay it online and if there is an outage I can report it with ease thanks Oec
Easy to use
Signing in was straightforward, and the app has my info laid out nicely. It has better usage information than I can find on the website.
