Just Use MyChart

I’m not finding a lot of value in this app. As an established patient, I would recommend using MyChart app since the same and more content is available in the MyChart app. I feel like the app sends me to the Clare chatbot for several things, and I haven’t enjoyed using Clare in the past. Maybe the app will have more tools in the future.

We were directed to use OnCall for a video visit and could not get passed the login requirements.

We were directed to use OnCall for a video visit and could not get passed the login requirements (having Face ID would be a HUGE help). There is no help page or phone number. This is worthless if we cannot figure out how to connect. The chatbot does not help. My Chart is much better. This looks like a nice app but please, just give us a phone number! We are now having to drive to the emergency room department or an immediate care facility. Needs work!
