Requires multi authorization code but not sending one
Can’t login because it’s requiring a multi factor authentication code and it’s just sending me an email saying someone is trying to login but no code so I can’t get logged in at all

This software should completely free. It’s very bare bones

App doesn’t take into account people who work past midnight, it will reset the day and won’t let you punch out

This app has not let me login dozens of times in the past few weeks. I can't punch in can't punch out. Have to ask HR almost daily to fix my time card. This is very unacceptable.

Every hour i get logged out of the app, incredibly inconvenient for logging time when i have to keep logging in and reauthenticating myself. Fix your app good lord.
Now i can no longer change pay rates on recorded hours without getting errors as well.

Inconvenient
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I need to clock in or out. Otherwise it gets stuck on a loading screen for an endless amount of time.

Why did you change the UI
The ui was perfectly fine, the time card was the first thing you see. There was absolutely no reason to change any of it. I absolutely hate the new updated look.
