Great product
This is a very useful app and web platform. Very user friendly with a lot of really handy features such as outsource inventories and inspections to clerks whilst most importantly retaining a consistent branding, format and audit trail ....
This app has been a lock down life saver
As a small estate agency, this app has enabled us to check people in and out of their rentals whilst maintaining social distancing. The developers are very responsive and have introduced a much clearer audit trail so that we can do the inspection without the tenants being present and they have full proof (including pictures) of all the inspected items along with audit trail... The portal is very good too (as easy to use as the app)

Unable to sign in
I am unable to sign in on the mobile app; app rejects verified credentials. Desktop website works fine. Software is useless if it’s not mobile, though. Waiting for support.

Unfortunately a painful lesson I deleted this app
I have it a shot twice. I used it at the property I was doing the inventory for and was very user friendly. Unfortunately I tried using mobile internet 4G normally everything works just a bit slower, well it lose the whole report that I spent 4 hours doing. Reread and it said use WIFI ok will give it another go. As it kept saying sync the first time I did it I thought once home I would do that first, well this deleted half of what was in my report. I’m not going to try again with this app 9 hours worked on and still no report. Going to use one which saves the photos on my phone at the time same time.
