Trainers did not confirm the appointments and the app still charged me for the missed appointments even when I stil showed up and said unconfirmed. please do not use this.

It doesn’t let you see reviews, a trainer’s schedule, or pretty much any information about them.
Maybe I need to buy a subscription / sessions first, and if that was done intentionally, that honestly makes the experience even worse

Great trainers
The personal trainers at the Chelsea location are really great. Miguel, Macy, Michelle, and the new guy Vinny. They work really hard and are super nice and personable with their clients.

It’s 2026 there are no excuses to no be integrated with Apple Wallet
This is just ridiculous c’mon guys. It’s so stupid to take 60 seconds to find the QR code when it could just be integrated into the wallet and auto refresh there (yes it can do that) stop being lazy and make it work, everyone else does!
Game changer
The transparency, quality, and ease of use are phenomenal. I can book sessions, pay for training, track my progress, and communicate with my trainer effortlessly. Hands down the best app in the business.

Great App/Great Gym!
I was at the concourse village location and the managers there helped sign me up for the app. The app is great and I haven’t had any issues since downloading and logging in. My PT Roberto at CVW is amazing and the managers Skylar, Wilfred and Lorena are always there to support! Love this app and my gym! Can’t wait for the new machines and other upgrades!!!

Support email doesn’t work
My phone number has not changed and verification doesn’t work. The email for support is incorrect. This app is terrible.

This app was designed and developed by someone with no experience at all. It is not intuitive and you cannot do anything in it. I want to cancel my membership because this has been such a nightmare and I can’t do it through this low-budget, messy application. I don’t know where to cancel.

Having two apps is just stupid. This app logs me out every after almost every use. Added to the pain, is that I have to do a several step workflow after every workout.
How do you corporate idiots think it’s a good idea to shift the burden to the customer after every session just so you can micromanage your trainers? It’s like you asked ChatGPT do the cliff notes summary of McKinsey consulting worst practices and applied them to this gym.

Unable to purchase single personal training sessions. Also the price increased.
Inefficiency
This could’ve been merged into a single app being that the regular blink app has limited information anyway. I feel for the people w/ limited storage on their devices. Plus, my information isn’t even registering in this app. So, I can’t even login to book my training sessions.
2 apps same gym
It's unnecessary that we need two apps for the same gym.

To have two separate apps for one gym is ridiculous. You need one to check in. The other to book a session the old app was much better.
