Не хотят решать вопросы, в целом такое ощущение что с ботом разговариваешь. По программе eResidency открыть счет, это вообще квест длиною в недели, про эту программу поддержка тоже ничего не знает, и знать не хочет.

Приложение не работает именно тогда, когда нужно пополнить карту со счета. Приходится платить с других карт. В данный момент приложение на работает уже сутки.
