Ужасное приложение которое вечно спрашивает анкеты где проживаешь какая квартира все данные твои всегда знают я был вынужден отправлять постоянно свои данные так как я получаю зарплату через это приложение /банк , видимо это выгодно для компании мои что они сотрудничают с ними но мне не комфортно что мои данные знают какой-то иностранный банк

Постоянные ошибки которые не дают нормально пользоваться приложением

После последнего обновления почему-то перестала отображаться карта дебетовая в тенге невозможно сделать ни один перевод по номеру телефона

Absolutely terrible

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mobile app in my entire life. The amount of errors, useless notifications and interruptions, mind-blowingly stupid requirements you have to meet to do basic things is simply insane. Please, stay away from this bank.

Worst Banking App-MUST STAY AWAY

The app logs you out for no reason, does not accept your password. The face identification does not work, you are forced to use password recovery, which does not work at all. After literally trying more than 15 times, it keeps giving the error “System is not available Try again in 15 minutes”. Contacted bank but they dont help either. Every question you ask is replied by an AI bot or by help desk agent with literally no solution but asking you to wait. No one calls you back. It’s the third day and no such department contacts you. Stay away and if possible close your account
