Can’t use promo code!!
Got sent a promo code so went to the first stage of ordering, then went through the process to pay and at no point did it promt for my promo code! And once I’d entered my card details there was no prompt after! Very dissatisfied

I am so annoyed with this, I placed an order on 10th sept it’s been one week they haven’t turn up and also I email them about all I get automated email and told that they will get it back to us 3-4 days

Customer service is the worded I’ve ever experienced. Emailed, messaged on Facebook and instagram with no answer but they can post about there products that don’t turn up.

Absolutely disgusting company. Over 3 weeks ago I’ve made an order. Got no emails what so ever apart from the one that order received. Money obviously taken. I’ve got in touch via email as well as Instagram but got no response at all. Seems that its completely impossible to get anything from this fugazi company. All I want now is a refund but no luck. Hope you all burn in hell and thanks for ruining mothers day !!!!
