I like that they tried. That an effort was made.

Personally, I found the breathing activity to be odd and the sounds which are meant to be soothing - are not soothing coming out of a phone speaker. They are high pitched and digital sounding. The visuals which are meant to be soothing are all very fast moving animations which does nothing at all in helping to relax or “soothe” a mind.
