Can’t see menu bar
Could be a great tool for customers, but the number pad for the pin to access doesn’t close so you can see the full screen or select anything on the bottom menu bar.
Not been working for months!!!
Diabolical app. No idea if I owe money or I’m in credit as I can’t access it. Surely somebody could fix it in 2 minutes it’s not rocket science!! Get it sorted. Shambles.

This app never seems to work, can’t even log in as it keeps refusing to work. In theory it would be great if it did the job, but as it is this is a sham, another one from the association that is run for certain people, by certain people!
Worst App I’ve ever used
This app would be good if it worked like it was supposed to. SBHA need to invest some money in it to get it running properly and consistently. If the developers can’t deliver a decent product, move to one who can and stop providing a substandard service to the tenants
