My Score Plus
I purchased a year membership and the app all of a sudden does not work! It does not work and will not allow me in after all recorded entries on my meal plans. How can I get assistance for this?

After updating to 5.24.0, my app will not launch. I get the splash screen and then it crashes. Need this fixed ASAP as I am paying for a subscription.

Love this app!
I’ve used this app for YEARS to track Weight Watchers original points rather than using the Weight Watchers app, which changes points calculations every time the wind changes directions! This is a great, easy app, and allows me to store my favorite foods and search online for others and their points.

The Best
I lost 45 lbs using weight watchers, the old version. This app helps me keep it off! I have used it for a long time. I’ve tried other apps while using this one at the same time but always delete them. This one is the real thing. The Best!
New Update Feedback
The Quick Add Food option has been removed. Now there is no way to add a food that doesn’t scan or show up in the online search without inputting the entire nutritional label’s information. This is inconvenient and time consuming.
Also, with the new online food search database, the result listings don’t show the point value on the list like before. You have to tap the food item to view the details in order to see the points, which may have to be done multiple times before you’re ready to track something in your diary. This is also inconvenient and time consuming.
Tracking food is tome consuming in itself, and having an efficient app really saves time and helps users meet their goals more easily. I love this app, and would like to continue using it if these changes are made. I would like to thank the developers for responding to my concerns. They assured me that the new update is a work in progress and that they do appreciate constructive user feedback.

Awesome app, no customer support
Like the title says, the app is great but the customer support is contracted to a 3rd party (Zendesk) which does not respond. I got locked out of my app for two days waiting for the third-party to get back to me and get me back into my app. I finally figured the issue out on my own but it’s now three days later and the third-party still has not contacted me for support. I would not get the paid version of this app until they get their customer service fixed.

Amazing
Best app ever to track your personal goals, food, weight management, water, vitamins etc...I even use it to track my goals in Leto as I can break down my carbs sugar and other sections in premium!!!! Hands down easiest app!
Calculations Appear to Be Off
I love the app and would rate higher it it appears many of the calculations are off anyone else noticed this issue? Looks like it’s been a while since any updates were done? Other than that would have rated higher.

Great to track what you eat
The points don’t always match up with my wife’s who is actually paying for the weight watchers program. That said it made me really look at what Inwas consuming. I am down almost 15 lbs and Instarted just before Thanksgiving. Give it a shot, it’s good little app.
Just what I need to stay on track
Counting points is the best way to stay on a diet. Your actually cautious about what you eat to not go over the allowed daily points. You can gain more points by working out, that gives me the motivation to work out cause I love to eat! You can eat whatever you want, just count the points! I dropped 10lbs in 2.5 weeks with this app!!
