Lags terribly when trying to accept closing on IPhone 15
When notification comes through for closing, app spins a long time before closing appears. Then when trying to accept the closing, it’s gone. App is up to date with latest update and latest iPhone update.

Been working with them a few years now.. love the electronic signings! All of their signings are pretty straight forward and easy to complete. I see the app just updated today with an evaluation score instead of 4 different categories. A mistake will DEFINITELY cost you! I’m still paying for it a couple months later by not receiving many offers. Otherwise I love this working with company!

Can no longer submit declines - PLEASE FIX!
For months now I have not been able to submit decline responses. There is literally no submit button anymore! I have worked with online chat and submitted issues on this, and they get ignored. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, hard restarted my phone… followed all the suggestions. This is a great app otherwise. You’re killing us with this bug! Please fix it!

The Notification comes over 5 seconds after the signing is gone
You have to keep the app open if you want to catch a signing sometimes , by the time the notification comes for a signing , it’s already gone .
Ron closings
I’ve been a certified Ron agent for over a year and get nothing. I’ve been on with “IT and partner management “ and all they say is your profile is correct. The IT guy said that he couldn’t help me it had to be Partner Management. I wish someone could help me. Seems like someone could send me a Ron test notification to determine why nothing is coming my way.Obviously there’s a glitch in the system.

Can’t change alerts tone.
Like the app but it won’t allow me to change the tone for available signings
Syncing and syncing
The app is wonderful. Since I have updated my phone the app sync for a long time. I have not been able to receive new orders. I reached out to my carrier and they fixed everything possible. Please help. Amrock is AMAZING!! Thank you for all you do.
Search Bar Issue
Love the app How do I close the search bar that is on the “My Appointments” and “New Signings” page?? It can interfere when I am trying to accept a closing.

I’ve worked with this app for nine years and it’s great! I would love love love if this could be compatible with my Apple Watch. That’s the biggest drawback from it being a five star review.

Close out reminder
I love using the app. However, it would be so much more helpful if we could get a reminder text to close the order one hour after the signing appointment time. That way we could close out the orders in time and not get a low rating.

I love this program, from the 2 hour reminder to the check in and of course being able to get directions and complete the order out ...all in one system. We know when payments will be made and can keep track of our score card.
I called early today to say that I did not have a toggle button to get back to the Home Screen after I read an announcement. I would have to turn my IPhone off and turn it back on to get out of the program. The screen would freeze up. I am thrilled to see that with this new update I have a toggle button on my screen 😊😊🙏 Did I say I love this program?

When I’m in the app and go to ANNOUNCEMENTS I can’t get back to home page. I have to delete the app then reload....thoughts? Even deleting the app doesn’t work...

Need bug fix for announcement tab, once inside announcements I’m not able to exit out and have to close the entire app and restart.

I’m not getting any closings at all, what I’m I doing wrong?

Please make an option to check multiple closings and drop all at once.
Please make the 2hour reminder optional
They do not come in 2hrs prior- they randomly come in and I would LOVE if that was optional!!

Good morning -- Yes, our app is compatible with Apple Watches. First, you will need to pair your iPhone with your Apple Watch. If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you will receive notifications from My Signings on your Apple Watch. If you are actively using your iPhone while receiving the notification, it will only be displayed on your iPhone. Cannot Change Notification Sound
I did Apple update now I don’t get hardly any signings and the alert sound has changed. However doesn’t change I love working for Amrock
