What happened to the app? Doesn’t work now.
I’ve been using the My Sleep Coach app for almost a year to order my CPAP supplies and it’s been great. Now it stopped working. Tried to register again and it sent me an email to reset my password but the link in the email doesn’t work. What happened?
Never used
I signed up, selected “my first login”, never got an agent. Did it again like a week later. Got some person to verify my login. Went to login - couldn’t. Still can’t. Just easier to use their site and email or phone. Good idea. Failed execution.

This app is a joke. I’ve been ordering c-pap supplies for three years and now it won’t let me on my account no matter what I try. Home Medical Products is a joke.
Problems from the beginning
There is no “help” option for starters. When I registered my email, it didn’t give me an option to create a password and took me back to the login page, for which I do not have a password! I selected “forgot my password” and still no email has come for ANYTHING and that was about 4 hours ago.
When I click on the “app support” through the app page in the Apple Store, it just takes me right to the same login page THAT DOESN’T WORK.

Worst App Ever
This App is completely useless. Every time I try and log in, it gives me a message to verify the email address. I then get an email that has no verification link, just information on how to download the app. When I tried the ‘forgot’ my password’ link I got an email with a link that didn’t work. There is no way to actually get in and use the app.

Awful
This app is practically useless and should not be promoted until it’s functional. It creates an unnecessary extra layer of complexity to something that’s already complicated by supply deadlines, insurance requirements, doctor visits and 3rd party CPAP company compliance. I have not received any follow up from My Sleep Coach and nothing seems to be loaded into the system. Do not recommend the app.

Awful App!
This App is STILL awful. It freezes and forces me to reset my password every time I use it. App intent is wonderful but worst execution. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!!
Useless
This app is useless. Can’t login can’t get a link to reset password.

Won’t let me register as a new user the keypad locks up and you can’t do anything. It shouldn’t even be offered as an option to reorder supplies.

Can't even get out of the starting gate. Click "create new account"; goes to a form asking for your name, etc.; keyboard won't even input what you type. Useless.

The app never remembers my login in password I reset every time it wouldn’t let me in so dumb
Works until it doesn’t
The app was working great, easy to use, no problems. Then it needed my password one day, put it in and says it’s not right. I can’t get a link to a password reset because it tells me the link is invalid when it sends the link to me. Super frustrated at the moment because it’s time to reorder supplies and I can’t do that at the moment.

The app never works and there is zero customer support!

The app isn’t working. It keeps saying my password isn’t correct. When I choose the reset password option, it doesn’t send an email. I need supplies and cannot order. I’ve also checked to see if there is an update needed and there isn’t.
Should be removed
When setting up the account they send out an expired link. Sending emails to support bounces. Such a waste of time. Apple do no approve this app.

This app crashes all the time, asks for a new password but doesn’t accept any given. Useless!
Garbage
App continuously wants me to update my password even with Face ID. Now it tells me to update my password and I do but there is a sequence error no matter what password I create. If I try the forgot password option you will never get an email. As much money they make over charging insurance for equipment you think they could manage an app

Too many issues
Sleep Coach could be a great app, but it needs a lot of things worked out. They finally incorporated Face ID for login. Wonderful since the app couldn’t remember my password from session to session. This morning, it wants my password which I can’t remember. I have the app email a reset link. Email address is duly entered then it returns to the login screen and sends no email. So I have no access to the app and will end up calling my DME to reorder.
It also doesn’t track reorder times very well. And everything seems so poorly designed, almost amateurish. I worry about data security on apps written like this. It does get orders to the DME but I think I’ll call them to order going forward until this developer can demonstrate a stable, well written app.

Terrible App
Won’t allow me to reorder supplies. It keeps saying there is an error, but not what the error is. Every available box/question has been filled out.
I then tried to use the online chat feature to get help, which also doesn’t work.

It USED to work when submitting an order. But now, when I hit submit, it says there was an error. I also try to hit the chat button to speak with a rep and it does nothing.
