Does not measure A1C

Can’t find a way to estimate A1C. All I can find is a way to input from lab results. Useless to me.

Glucose monitor app

This app is great for tracking. Gives you averages, lowest numbers and highest for 3, 7, 14 and 30 days. You can do a graph report and or list report for your choice of date range. You can also monitor weight, blood pressure, insulin and medications. Great app!

Worked then didn’t

After using for 4 months, today all of my data is gone. And app does not respond to my attempts to renter data for today too start over. Literally ineffective. Plus my doctor wants me to send her the data plus A1c calculation. Now what do I do?

After the app developer saw my complaint, the problem was assessed and fixed. My data was added back to the account. I only lost a few days while the app was offline. I’m grateful for the reply to my query and am happily using the app.

The issue was caused by a short-term server outage from a third-party provider, which is now completely resolved. The app should be back to normal, and you can access your historical data and continue logging as usual. Revised review

A few weeks ago I wrote a review in a moment offrustration because the app wasnt allowing me to add data and all my current date had disappeared frim my app. I angrily deleted the app, wrote a bad review, The company responded to my question, letting me know that there had been a blip they were working to repair. Even though I had delteted the app, they let me know how to recover my results, which I was able to do. I missed two days posting, but since then everything has worked fine. Because the company was so responsive, I am changing my review.

Great app for scatterbrains!

Love this app because it’s fast and easy to log blood glucose and weight and gives a 7 or 14 average. Can’t wait to show my doctor because I’m terrible at keeping track of these things for him

Genial app!

Muy buena aplicación para llevar el registro de los niveles de glucosa y dosis de medicamento, pero me gustaría que ambos registros se pudieran llevar en una sola anotación. De momento, cada uno se hace por separado.
