The Biggest Scam!!
This is the biggest scam!! Don’t go with them. They lied under the “Official Louvre”, charge you more than double the cost of the ticket, horrible navigation to get to the tickets, audio guide barely worked!

Do not buy anything from these guys. Not sure how we ended up buying from them. But nothing works.

I’m writing with the same issue as another user. Every email correspondence was completely in Spanish. It was frustrating and hard to understand. Also, I didn’t realize I should download the audio in advance. When I got to the Louvre the phone service was bad so I ended up not listening to the audio unfortunately. The redeeming thing was that this company made ticket buying pretty easy but overall, it all feels like kind of scammy.

Terrible app
I downloaded app so I could download my tickets to a tour to my phone. When I hit download tickets I get another website for Airfrance
