The Biggest Scam!!
This is the biggest scam!! Don’t go with them. They lied under the “Official Louvre”, charge you more than double the cost of the ticket, horrible navigation to get to the tickets, audio guide barely worked!

I’m writing with the same issue as another user. Every email correspondence was completely in Spanish. It was frustrating and hard to understand. Also, I didn’t realize I should download the audio in advance. When I got to the Louvre the phone service was bad so I ended up not listening to the audio unfortunately. The redeeming thing was that this company made ticket buying pretty easy but overall, it all feels like kind of scammy.

Terrible app
I downloaded app so I could download my tickets to a tour to my phone. When I hit download tickets I get another website for Airfrance
DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I purchased my ticket way before the 24 hour time period, and got four or five emails with links to my supposed tickets. Each link would not work either in the web or in their app. I have written to customer service and heard nothing. Yes, I agree with everyone else, you don’t need this kind of stress when you’re traveling. This is a total scam! Do not use this app!

Awful; don’t waste your time.
Worst tour app ever
If your tour is dependent on this app then cancel immediately. We just wasted half a day at the Louvre trying to get this app to do anything useful. Absolute nightmare - errors are all in Spanish, data download didn’t work. App dependent on WiFi bandwidth which louvre appears to be short of. Huge waste of a day of our holiday - very disappointing

Waste of money - don’t buy
My ticket came last minute - just before I went to the ticket office, even though I ordered a week in advance. I was unable to use the app as ‘forgotten password’ didn’t work. I was unable to access the audio guide.
Incompetent and deceitful
The app has several technical issues when you select English it’s mostly in Spanish. If it weren’t for my bilingual girlfriend I would have never have got my louvre tickets. I got my tickets in the first place thinking I was purchasing from the official louvre website because they impersonated the official site and ended up paying almost double what I would have going through any other platform. In order to access your tickets you must create an account with your email and you must agree to receive advertisement emails. Horrible experience and I only ended up here based on this companies lies.

Avoid at all costs!
They operate pretending to be the official monuments URL/domain and add additional charges to the booking. Deliberate attempts to persuade they are the official merchant. Snake money grabbing company.
Scummy company and app
Company claims to give you tickets but will not. All help interaction is via AI. They will refuse any and all refunds even when not giving you a ticket
Don’t do it
Go directly to your site to get tickets. This charges twice what you would pay from the venue.

Easily the worst app
Required several steps to do anything, crashes repeatedly. Spent more time getting app to work than touring.

Purchased tickets for the Musee D Orsay in Paris. Printed out all the information that was sent. Went to the museum and was told the tickets were not valid. Had to purchase tickets again! Seems like a scam website to me.

Was able to get the tickets through the app but the app is so buggy you will have a horrible time accessing any audio tours. Even if you download the audio for use offline, you’ll keep being asked to log into the app, which you need wifi to do, and if you use an email login you’ll need to authenticate via email before you can log in. Such a massive pain we didn’t end up being able to use the audio tour. Just pay for audio tours on the museum site if possible because the app is awful.

Poor execution
Bought what appeared to be an official d' Orsay ticket and audio package but it wasn't. APP never stayed in the language selected. Always reverted back to Spanish. APP would drop the downloaded file and would to reload the file. Just a bad experience overall.

Do not use this company!! Their App is awful. Good luck trying to set up an account unless you know Spanish. Communication with this company is non existent. I bought tickets and did not get any follow up links to their audio guide. Tried this App and it was useless. Guess I just made a donation to this company. DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TICKETS!!!
