Opsioni “Aktivizo pakete per dike tjeter” nuk funksionon. Kur perpiqem te aktivizoj me jep gabim “Dicka shkoi keq, provo perseri”. Dhe kur provoj perseri ekrani zbardhet dhe ngelet ashtu i bllokuar. E vetmja menyre per ta hequr eshte te çinstalosh dhe ta instalosh nga e para.

Horrible app. Trying to register a traveller esim card.. app does not work, hangs after logging on and goibg to the home page. Website sends me through a third party website which succesfully identifies me, then vodafone says verification failed. No I do not want to go through support. This is such a trivial task that it is supposed to just work.. stay away..

Dear App Developer... as more & more foreigners are visiting Albania & using VODAFONE, it would be very helpful to improve the English translation on the APP & also fix the bug on payment processing...

Finally the application for Albania , everything is ok, but main porpoise is not working. When I try to pay for my monthly bill, always an error , and all my other friends who trying to pay is also have the same problem. Please fix it , I don’t want to come to Vodafone offices anymore just to pay for my bills

The bugs this app has is incredible and does not even fill native. The developers behind this app take no pride in their code. The ux is terrible and the functionality is hit and miss. Get some real software engineers Vodafone. Rewrite this whole thing in React Native and get a real team behind the app. Contact me if you want 😉
