Worst lender in the US
Unfortunately, my car loan was bought by this company, and they are one of the worst lenders I’ve ever dealt with. They suck! They take forever to answer the phone. You select the Spanish option and you get an English speaker. My main issue is with principal payments. I have made payments towards my main/principal balance, and they take that payment as my regular monthly payment. That happened so many times, and I’m so tired of them. Even though the app says that “principal payments go to the principal amount due, and don’t affect the monthly amount,” all the times I called them to have the issue fixed they said it didn’t matter, they said that “whatever amount you pay, we cover the interest first, and then the rest goes to the monthly balance.”
They really suck! Try to avoid this lender if you can. I can’t wait to finish paying my car loan so I don’t have to deal with their nonsense.

Terrible App
Can’t add new bank account for payments. App is slow and full of bugs, very poorly made. For a business with such large portfolios, so to speak, one would think they would have better software to run their business. Please, pay attention to your reviews and do something about your terrible application.

Making it easy
Westlake portfolio has made it real simple for me to pay and manage my auto loan. I love the fact that I do not have to go to a website. I can just open the app and take care of business.

Horrible customer service
I got charged an insufficient fee charge for paying my bill on time with quite sufficient funds in my account. Customer service, if they don’t hang up on you, seems like a scam as well. My loan got sold to this company from Mechanics Bank, who are nothing but courteous and professional. This company is rubbish.

I just made my first payment and it was so easy to setup and easy to use.
Predatory lender
My loan got transferred to these evil people. Don’t use them. Refinance your loan at a reputable lender if you can. Their customer service is a bunch of bitter women and they won’t work with you for even a 24 hour late payment. Nasty people.

This has been the quickest easiest loan repay, the app works very well gives you plenty of notice to prepare finances.

to lock an account for 15 minutes every time i try to change the password and telling me my account doesn’t match any information on file then lock me out 15 minutes again. absolutely ridiculous. calling me 7 times a day, well i can’t pay the bill if you won’t let me in the app!

I downloaded the app because you can’t get through to a human. My account name doesn’t register when I try and pay …so I downloaded the app. I can’t register in there. It just sits there does nothing.
