Worst App Ever Owned
Nothing good to report here! Please fix your stupid app.
Slow and clunky
App hardly works. So much frustration to book a simple appointment I ended up just walking into the office to get an appointment.
Flawed
Doesn’t allow me to pay my bill, yet I get a text every ten minutes to pay my bell…
Login delay
Unable to log in through the app. There’s a delay and won’t go to log in screen. I have to log on through web site.
Healthcare Providers Don’t Use It
Yes, you can see your test results here, but there are numerous functions that are useless because the doctors and clinics never use the app. I have sent multiple messages to multiple doctors on the app, and they are never read and are eventually deleted. The doctors’ offices have all said, “Just contact us by phone.” But that defeats the purpose of having the scheduling and messaging functions in the first place. It would be great if it worked like MyChart where you could actually communicate with your doctors. It’s so frustrating I’m considering switching providers to a system that uses MyChart.

Can manage everything
I didn’t realize you can schedule your own appt on this app and send a message to provider or request medication refill. Love saving myself phone calls.
Great App
Really helpful to be able to check my own results.
Good but very slow
This app has all the pieces to be a good app but good Lord is it slow. I frequently get booted out and have to log back in after the system jams up.
Looks nice but missing items
Previously used MyChart which shows my recent vaccinations but this new app does not show any vaccines or have a way to add them to this app. App is slow to login
Works well
With this app I can see my test results, message my care team, review visit notes, and book/manage appointments. I even tried a virtual visit on my phone. The app can load a little slowly at times but it has most of what I need for managing my health care.
Great App
Didn’t have a vid can for my video visit so downloaded the mobile app. Logged in for my visit pretty easily. Audio/video worked great

Medication list is great
I needed to get a medication list to a specialist in another system. I was able to access it here easily and quickly!
Easy access to lab results
I appreciate the quick access to lab results. I’ve also used it to communicate with my OB/GYN provider about a question.
They’re working on it
Previously offered a 1 star review for an issue that prevented me from scrolling down the pages. They responded and the problem was fixed.
The app now does (at least for what I need) everything I want from it. It’s nice to see that The app is being actively updated and that it’s not just a tool that is being ignored like many other companies I have felt with.

Upgrade to OS IS a total downer
I don’t know if it’s because I got the OS, but I can’t even get inside not even to do face recognition for iPhone. It’s really bad even before it, it was normal but now I can’t even get inside the app. Not cool. I have to call for an appointment, one can’t even make an appointment.
Unable to scroll
Cannot scroll down on none of the pages including the app and webpage when on a mobile device. App also crashes when you open it up.
Doesn’t scroll
This app is horrible. It worked before Covid, now I can’t scroll down to read information. It operates the same on the website. The hospital IT guy told me to use Microsoft Edge as a browser, tried that but still no luck on the website using MS Edge. I believe there is a bug compatibility issue in there system and no one to fix it.

App is Broken
The app was fine, but now you can “scroll down” to read messages or lab results. I don’t know if this is a function of the new iOS, but that was weeks ago...
No developer improvement
Reading all these 1 star reviews, going back 6 months, all about the same issue of not being able to scroll on any screen, and the developers of this app have not responded or applied any remedial updates to the app. Must be made by Cerner. Time to migrate to Epic.
Useless
Why on earth can’t this get fixed? Neither the web portal nor the app allow you to scroll on page. I’m unable to send a message to my doctor or read messages from my doctor. Multiple reports of this issue... no action to fix it after more than 6 months. This isn’t difficult to understand, it never did this before. Is anyone managing this?????
