Dislike new update, put it back to the original way it was.
The update works horrible on my phone. I have to take 3 screenshots to know my schedule. Keep it short and simple like you had it before please.

Why in the world would it be changed so you can’t see your entire weeks schedule on one screen, now you have to scroll three times as far

I’m unable to use the app After the latest update due to the fact that my phone is older. I’ve been phased out and cannot afford a new phone to access the app.
Improvements
Make it so it when your helping at a different store you can see the address or even a link to Google Maps to get directions.
I know that it doesn’t affect everyone but as a traveling ASM it would be greatly appreciated

Purchase of pork chops
A couple weeks ago. My friend and I bought some pork chops at Lehigh Acres, Aldi. On Lee Blvd. On top of the package. There were two. very good. Looking pork chops thin sliced. We could not tell what was underneath when we got them home. And opened up the package. They were terrible. Looking they are mostly grizzle and bone and fat. Not much meat and sliced almost paper. Thin. We cooked them up anyway and they were the worst tasting pork chops I have ever had.

Needs updated
Needs updated so I don’t have to go all over town looking for a computer to use my hr on. Tf is the point of it being an app if I gotta use a computer?
App doesn’t work
It won’t show me the schedule for hours at a time.
Consistent Glitches
The app will consistently glitch out and say “something went wrong” when I try to view my schedule. I have tried deleting and redownloading it multiple times, as well as logging out and logging back in multiple times. Other than this issue the app is fine, but it has this problem very regularly
NOW service portal (Mobile phone)
When clicking on NOW portal it brings up the personal device agreement when clicking ‘ok’ it does not go away and will not allow access to the NOW portal. Please update this.
Lots of bugs

Logging in
It’s a good app except for when I get randomly logged out and blocked from logging back in.
Logged out all the time
Good clean app but frustrating how I’m constantly logged out. And the password never is saved and doesnt come up in my log. If you could keep users logged in that would be awesome.
Really good app
It’s a great app but like some people say nothing perfect sometimes I can’t see my schedule because the app goes down and it happens for long periods of time too it’s frustrating but I know it’s only getting better. Thank you

It won’t show my hours worked or my new schedule either. It used too but don’t anymore
Not able to submit for time off
I have an iPhone and the submit bar hangs below so far down so I am not able to submit any request for time off such a bummer
Poor functionality
Remove the “today’s schedule” feature, you would assume clicking the button would take you to todays schedule but surprise, it could be yesterday, could be tomorrow!
Could use some patching!
Honestly it’s a great and useful app but it’s got some bugs too! I saw other reviews with the same complaints, so I know i’m not alone. The weird unprovoked logging and blocking out of the app, or the fact that you simply can’t log in after that in any capacity. Other than that the app is great.
