This is an easy to use app I've not had any problems with it. My only suggestions which is a big deal would be for multiple profiles. I take care of my 76 year-old father and it is inconvenient for me to have to log in and out. When other apps allow crossover sharing.

Unfortunately many of the employees don’t know their job.
Obviously poor training. I have been going back and forth since April over my CPAP supplies. They said they needed a prescription, two doctors sent the prescription twice. Then they said they needed a referral from my doctor. The prescription is the referral. Then they said they needed authorization from my doctor. You get the authorization from the insurance company. Frustrating to say the least.
If I could give minus stars I would. Only when I had my insurance call them did they do anything.
They are the only CPAP supply company in my network. And they punish you for complaining.

Unresponsive AI customer service
They use an AI chat bot that doesn’t respond. Ive emailed them multiple times to report inaccuracy on my account but they won’t reply.
