I haven’t been a customer for more than a month. Already I am having billing issues, app issues, no service to speak of - I’ve dealt with 4 or 5 different people from different numbers -numerous callbacks requested - awful. I would NOT ever recommend this company or app.

Account disappeared
My account suddenly does not exist for no discernible reason. Helpful customer service is impossible to get a hold of. I wasted over 20 minutes on hold yesterday only to be transferred to the wrong department.

Bot that answers phone
The bot that answers the phone and tries to get you to where you need to be is terrible. There is not a way to get to a human. If you just need to repeat an order, the app is average.
Fast and efficient
First time contacting customer service to verify my DME CGM order and was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency ie able to verify my id, my order, see a correction was needed, and completed. As CGMs can be covered under Diabetic supplies or DME wasn't sure what dept. to contact. I was handed off appropriately and able to complete my task fast.

This is an easy to use app I've not had any problems with it. My only suggestions which is a big deal would be for multiple profiles. I take care of my 76 year-old father and it is inconvenient for me to have to log in and out. When other apps allow crossover sharing.
