Insurance information bad and forced log offs
Logged on for the first time. Keep getting knocked back to the login screen every five to ten minutes. Checked my insurance information and found a pay percentage of 100%. Checking with Support via the app found it to be 80% as I expected. The order I placed for equipment and supplies is marked as ‘Processing’. Hopefully it goes through properly. It would really help to know what the equipment is going to cost me before I submit the order.

Live Chat is Useless
I’ve tried to use the live chat function about 5 times and every time they say I will be transferred but nothing happens. When I minimize the chat, I get logged out of the app every time. Pretty frustrating.

The app makes reordering supplies very easy. The interface is intuitive and helps make sure you get the items you need on the correct schedule.

I hate this app. I place my order and don’t get an arrival date until after the tech shows up. The app doesn’t give me any information about the delivery until it’s delivered. I don’t even know the delivery day unless I start a chat.

I constantly have issues when ordering diabetic supplies, they always have an excuse as to why they haven’t been able to send them. Same doctors, same health insurance, everything is the same and somehow they have issues with getting things to me on time.

I haven’t been a customer for more than a month. Already I am having billing issues, app issues, no service to speak of - I’ve dealt with 4 or 5 different people from different numbers -numerous callbacks requested - awful. I would NOT ever recommend this company or app.
