I’m sorry, but I wanted this to really work. Connected perfectly. After that, it was all downhill. Nothing worked. Any type of customization is simply just spins renaming feed cycles selecting parameters for the customization. It just spins. I’ve tried updating the firmware just spins now. I don’t know if this is because of recent update of 26.5 iPhones maybe that’s it but right now this app does nothing!

Sorry about this, we'd love the chance to win you back. It sounds like your phone might be just a little too far from the InSight, close enough to connect but not enough for updates to finish. Try moving within a few feet while you're customizing. If that doesn't fix it, email us at support@avidaqua.com and we'll get you up and running.

Really enjoying the Insight Pro, it makes it super-easy to visualize all the data on my aquarium.
