Terrible Customer Service
Don’t forget to cancel! Despite loss of access and not a single email confirming the membership, any subscription communication, reminders, etc. their policy is to not offer refunds if you forget to cancel, even if you literally never logged in. Unfortunately, the membership also isn’t listed in the standard list of Apple subscriptions. I don’t believe that is an accident. Maybe if MyArc concentrated on customer service and transparency, they wouldn’t have to count on 90% of their revenue coming from forgotten cancellations.

Can’t log in
I was so excited to work with a trainer I’d found on tik tok so I signed up at the link on her page, paid my money and downloaded the app only for it to tell me again and again that it can’t log me in. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get in contact with customer service. Help!!!
Horrible
The app hasn’t let me sign in for the last two days so I can’t access the fitness program I pay monthly for
quick response and resolution
Had a minor issue with downloading and reached out to customer service. Within less than an hour received response problem was fixed. I was able to download and can’t wait to start my 10 week summer body and stay consistent!

I love this fitness app and have had a great experience so far. It really helps me stay on track with my workouts and everything else. The support team was quick and efficient in resolving the few issues I encountered. Highly recommend!
Unable to cancel!
The fitness creator I was following no longer use MyARC.. no number or email listed on app FAQ page.. the app won’t even load properly for me to cancel subscription I’m still being charged
Good app but tech issues
First of all, this is a great app but I think it has tech issues that need to be worked out. The history of your workout weights is great, the water tracking, the timers, they’re all great. However the app is super glitchy in a regular basis. Often times, I can’t go back to the previous page or can’t touch go for the workout to start and have to close and restart the app often. Also, it kicked me out of the app in the middle of my workout program and I could t get in for a week and a half and fell behind on my workout challenge. The team was no help and just told me to desert my password which I did. They told me they will look into and I never heard any ring back. They were quick to cancel my subscription which was appreciated though. I eventually just re-bought the subscription again and the app started working.

Great App, But Disappointing Subscription Experience
I like the app and found it useful, which is why I initially signed up. However, I intended to choose the monthly plan, but accidentally selected the annual plan and was charged the full amount upfront—something I didn’t expect.
When I reached out to support, I was told the charge was non-refundable and would only be applied as a credit toward future use. While I appreciate the app’s features, the lack of flexibility in billing and refund policies is frustrating—especially since many apps today offer more understanding in situations like this.
I hope the developers consider making the subscription options and billing process more flexible.

Scam
I was interested in a fitness class so i signed up for the free trial. When i saw it was hard to navigate the site i cancelled my plan, however i was still charged the full amount. Now the option to cancel is gone. Im stuck in a 360 deal with a fitness app. I cant use it to access the challenges or community promised & i cant cancel. It just feels like a scam.

Happy with the app BUT
Can we get an app for the Apple Watch? My phone died today and it would’ve been great to continue on my watch or not have to pull the phone out
Skipping
The workouts are great. But it does skip sets constantly. Goes from set 1 to 3. Then it just goes straight into a new set of workouts.
Inconvenience
Paid my Subscription but I can’t use the App cause it wants me to upgrade to yearly subscription and I want to do Monthly
Bugs, fix PLEASE
App is great besides the freezing. I have to close the app out and go back for it to work. It happens about 10 times a workout. Very annoying.
Best fitness App
This is such a flexible app to allow you to work out following a detailed plan of exercise. It enables you to choose your rest days and even reschedule when unexpected things occur. There is a section for nutrition, community and also to see your previous exercise history. You can even choose which exercises you want to start, leaving the easier ones last

Amazing 🤩
This app has help me so much with my weight loss journey at 300 I have lost over 90 pounds🔥and the best part it has meals plans that you can make and tells you how many calories are in each meal.The workouts are good as well🔥🙌
SHUTS DOWN ALL THE TIME
Tryna schedule a new workout? The app will shut down? Trying to set a time to workout? The app will shut down…. The app shuts down FOR ANYTHING. I have to literally pay the trainer I’m following to do the same workout over and over because if I try to move to a different workout… The APP SHUTS DOWN!!! If you are a trainer and have customers (like me) don’t use this app. There are better ones that won’t drive your clients insane!

Great app, only one thing to change to be amazing!
The app is pretty great. I love how user friendly it is. I just wish it had the option to switch between home and gym workouts WITHOUT loosing your progress and having to start over.
Lots of Issues
I enjoy the app most of the time, and love all of the workout options that are available. However, it sometimes freezes in the middle of my workout and I can’t see the upcoming exercises to complete. Right now, it’s been frozen on a blank white screen for over 24 hours and I can’t access the workout routine that I’m paying for…which is very frustrating!
