This company continues to charge me for this App after I cancelled it. Total scam!!
Stay away- absolute scam!
Just took over $150 from my account twice with absolutely no way of resolving or getting in contact. They will send you around in circles! Don’t do it!!!

Poor customer service
As a severely sight impaired person I found the app difficult to navigate. Therefore I didn’t use it. I got no pre notification that they were going to take money from my bank.
When I contacted customer service they replied, asking for more information some I could provide, but because I couldn’t provide invoice ID they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to phone my bank to block further payments.
I would avoid dealing with these people.

if i could give 0 stars i would the monthly amount did not equal same LISTEN to what everyone says about subscription this app renews way higher amount and they say oh you signed an agreement but just wants your money so does not send reminders and it won’t show up in your apple subscriptions either on your iphone only way you know is if you go into the app.

Automatically renewed subscription with no notice! Totally unsatisfied with their process. When you accept app apparently you accept renewal no matter if you want it, no matter amount with no refund. In this age of technical advancements “ renewal notices” should be easy for company to set in place. I have cancelled my plan.

I accidentally purchased this app back in Jan and had thought I canceled in time but missed the deadline. They charged me $99 and then tried to charge me additional $29 four times thankfully the credit card company caught it and declined these additional charges. I contacted customer support which got back to me just saying sorry we can’t do anything. So if you choose to fall for the scam like I did and sign up for trial be aware the app
is difficult to use and there is NO customer support.

SCAM!! I never used this app. I cancelled the subscription and they refused to refund even though I never opened the app, which they can tell. They survive on people forgetting about this subscription only. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS.

If I could I would give zero stars!!! After the first 6 months I did not find this app anymore useful than a free version of an app that can help you with your weight loss journey. This app is not worth your money. After 6 months I did not find it useful and forgot I had the app as I moved on to a free version of the same type of app. I forgot to cancel and asked the company if I can be issued a refund. They did not refund me my $142.00 back. According to their policy they do not return your money. I have had other apps kindly refund my money before but this company is just money hungry. Do yourself a favor and don’t support this company!
