Rewards redeem-can’t access
I’ve been unable to access redemption of rewards for months. What the heck is going on? It’s part of BOQ’s agreement to customers. Fix it !

I’m done.
Absolute junk. My card was moved to the new system, while my old savings account was left behind. Simple transfers are a pain and Q Rewards DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!! All it does is open a blank browser that either times out immediately or never even loads. Maybe I can access rewards through internet banking on a computer? Nope, can’t even do that. It’s app only now, which is basically a web portal anyway, yay. Luckily I already stopping use BOQ for most things… Bravo for developing the most useless system I’ve ever used 👏
Update: Good god. Qrewards is still not working months later. This is beyond a joke now. With card fees increasing and services getting worse I will be closing all accounts. Good luck to whoever is unfortunate enough to still be using this utter trash.
