Useless
I can’t even get my account registered and cannot call to get help from a person. Just read the review about not being able to pay your bill. What is the point? Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my day.

Pointless App
Seriously what is the point? Can’t make a payment, can’t view your bill, can’t add payment method, and can’t set up auto pay. You literally just get redirected to Google for EVERYTHING! This app is horrible.
Useless
Probably the most useless app that I’ve ever used. The app does not let you view your bill, add a payment method, or even pay your bill. You either get caught in a loop of logging in, or it takes you to the web browser where you experience the exact same issues. I have never had more issues paying a bill in my life. The only actual option to pay your bill is to call and pay it over the phone. (This has been a long-standing problem since I registered an account with Buckeye broadband.)

Just use the website
They sent me an email to try the app and I’m like oh okay why not. Well it won’t even let me login.
Kinda useless to download
Every time you try to pay a bill or do anything on the app it direct you to the web browser so what’s the point of the app?
Terrible app
Can’t even get to log in! My information is correct yet it’s telling me it’s not! You can do better Buckeye!
Not worth the trouble
Have tried for 6 months to use this app. Been on the phone and in person more times than I can count, trying to figure out how to make it work. Do not waste your time with it. Nothing but a waste.
Needs fixing ASAP
Decided to move to the app since the website has been under maintenance for the past month but can’t even go pass the login due to the app not displaying my security questions. How on Earth am I suppose to answer the questions if they are not visibly displayed?

Needs work
This app is not as user from as it should be. Very poorly done considering this is a media company. Buckeye should have one of the best apps around instead of this cheap one.
Crashes when not allowing Notifications
If you do not allow notifications when prompted in iOS 10--App crashes--Please fix this bug.
