Worst Transit App to Exist
The app barely functions. I wouldn’t call it an app so much as a redirect to a website that also barely functions. You’re better off just using Google Maps.
App never loads
When ever m trying to load the app when im in need of it lt never opens. Always says slow server.
Track
You should include in the app a part that you (the card holder) can track how many rides you have left on your ticket pass so it’s easier for us to see if we have to stop in to refill our cards.
Connection issues
I highly suggest removing the saved trip part of the app to have it work as intended since each time you put in a trip and close the app and try to pull it up again later you are met with “The server is slow to respond or you may hava a weak connection. Please retry.” Rendering it useless and having to use the website.
