App not working
Suddenly the app doesn’t allow me to open it - I have used it religiously every 2 weeks for the last 8 months with no problem and now all of the sudden it refuses my log in/ it won’t let me log straight into the app like before it tries to force me through google , Apple or Microsoft and still refuses them. I even re set up passwords for the 3 accounts and Byrider still refuses. I’m just trying to pay my bill a day early . Why is it so difficult?

Payments
This app is absolute garbage!!! You try to make a payment and get to the confirmation screen and it wont even let you scroll to the make payment button. I think the automated phone payment system was way more convenient and easy to use. Tried to call CNAC and seems like they cant answer a phone now. They say these apps are “for your convenience”, but they are really an excuse to be lazy and forget what customer service is all about.

Fake “record” of account
If you can get it to work you can process payment if they didn’t choose to black out random payment methods. No payment history no updated balances nothing actually helpful or official whatsoever
inconsistent
for the first 6 months this app worked fine , allowed me to make my payments and more. now it’s unresponsive, it won’t allow me to make a payment, links don’t work etc. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn’t help , then when i try to pay from the CNAC website it doesn’t work either. i try to login using google then add my account number, last name , last 4, etc and when i hit submit it says registration error number 4 or something , now i’m waiting for them to open so i can hopefully make my payment over the phone. in the mean time i had JD Buyrider blowing up my phone as well as my girlfriends wanting to know about their payment, well they would have already had it if there app and website worked right. frustrating
