Can’t Log In
I enter my username and password ( the EXACT SAME credentials that I log into to website with) and it says incorrect UN or PW. This has been going on for months and support basically says be happy that I can at least still use the website.
Terrible App
I’ve recently started using this app because the website was not working as it should. This app is absolutely terrible, if I try paying off my balance, sometimes it’ll say I can’t even though the website doesn’t work which is absurd. Don’t even get me started on the autopay, I’ve tried numerous different actions to try to set up auto pay and it always comes up with errors. It seems as though half of the functions of the app don’t even work the way they should, if at all possible I would stay the hell away from this app and it’s website counterpart.

This app needs to be pulled off the web sites it on.
This APP is terrible. I worked as a IT Manager for a bank that has a web app. It would have never been put out for public use until it was fully functional. Your app doesn’t cut it. I got into it today, 12/26/25, got it setup for my wife. Showed her how to login with it and its features. Then I logged out, closed the app, and took it out of memory. Had her try to get into the app, when the app comes up it has a white screen with a circle going round and round. We waited 15 minutes and the app never came up. We have excellent internet service and do not have any problems with other apps. Pull the app and send it back to the developers have them fix it and test it with dummy accounts. Once they’re satisfied they’ve fix the problems and are ready for you to have it, then get people in your organization, people who want to help fix it. Once they have it have them test it for a minimum of 3 weeks. I’m sure you may have customers who may want to help too.

Horrible
I am going to agree with the previous remark. You can not sign in. I contact customer service and they say that it’s my connection, but it must be everyone else’s connection too. I worked in the card department before conversion so I know the frustration people have with this app. I still get calls about it. All having the same message pop up. Delete and reinstall were told… it didn’t work.

Account hacked immediately after registering card.
Missing & incorrect transaction records
The app shows at least one charge that was incorrectly tagged under a different merchant which makes reconciliation near impossible. There are also transactions from the statement that do not appear on this app’s transaction list.
Broken for weeks with no timeline for repair
I am new to using this app and couldn't get my card registered. When I called customer service, they said the app has been broken for 2 weeks and they have no timeline for when it will be repaired. There is no formal plan to notify customers when the app is fixed so they can log back in. I love the card I have but the app needs to be fixed in a timely manner. Having digital access to credit information and payments is a pretty important feature in our modern world.

Unable to make payments
I’ve been trying to make a payment for 3 days, and it keeps popping up a message to check my connection or that the server is down. How am I supposed to pay my bill? Also, I’ve emailed support and haven’t received a response. It’s been over 24 hours. Do not recommend. -5 stars
Crashes
Constantly crashes whenever I try to simply open it. Will work sometimes if I uninstall and install but that’s an inconvenience.
Unable to pay bill!
This app is awful. I am unable to make any payments and will be canceling my credit card ASAP. There are plenty of other great alternatives to this.
Payment function is broken
I got this app just for making payments and now it doesn’t work. Hello? Anyone home?
Unable to make payments
I’ve been able to make payments through the mobile app, but now, as of June 2025, all aspects of the mobile app work fine, but not the payment aspect….constantly getting a notification that the app is unable to connect to the server?! Very frustrating, to say the least! Also, the app allows you to see your available points, but you can’t see what rewards are available with the spending points obtained!

Doesn’t work anymore
I used this app for a long time and liked how I could make a payment and get notifications when my card was charged. Using the app itself could get frustrating, especially when trying to find a previous payment or transaction, as it mixed them all up from year’s past.
My big problem came when I got a new phone and was logged out of the app. No problem except now it will not allow me to log back in. It says my username or password is incorrect. I can use the same info to log in on the website so I know it is right. Customer service tells me they are working on the issue but it has been MONTHS since I could use the app. Big thumbs down.

It’s bad
So out dated the app serves you no purpose you can not navigate through this app without getting Frustrated they should be ashamed of how poorly this app is showed how much they care about their customers or their business

MasterCard to visa
My bank recently converted from MasterCard to visa. This app won’t even allow me to log in!!! Terrible service!!! What’s the point of the app?

Every time I try to make a payment for my credit card it will say “the server can not be reached, please check your connection and try again” id really like to be able to make a payment please!! Horrible app!!
