App sucks.
Irritating
It’s always making me change my password which is insanely irritating, every couple of weeks when I check back in it’s always telling me it has expired. I should not have to go through such a hassle just to check.

Downloaded it on Sunday, by Monday it wouldnt accept my credentials. Tried to reset, never received the email with the token to reset it. I had to contact my bank for help.

Works when it does
I use this for my MFCU card. And it works great… when it’s working. I have several cards and it’s only compatible with my credit union card. It also signs me out every few months for no reason and I have to call my credit union since I don’t use my login information very often so I don’t remember it and don’t want to write down my banking credentials. It’s a pain to get working and keep working but it’s handy when it does work

it was great at first
it was great but then one day i suddenly logged out & can't get back in, it never asked for my email so my email isnt hooked up to retrieve my account, i wrote down the password & everything anyway but it wont log me in even though i know for sure that the password & username is what i set it to. i tried to make a new account but it wouldnt accept my card for some reason i dont understand. the app apparently has a "contact us" feature BUT I CANT EVEN USE IT WITHOUT BEING LOGGED IN, WHICH IT WONT LET ME DO.

Stopped giving me notifications
When this app worked it was sooo helpful. But now all of the sudden it stopped and my notifications have always been on. I can’t seem to find someone who knows how to fix this.

After having money stolen from my account by some gamer, my Credit Union told me about this App. Total Game Changer! I love not having to worry about someone stealing money from our account bc I can & DO turn it off so no one can access my account at all. I’m so thankful for this app.

No issues, it does what it’s supposed to do.
Need text notifications
The app works pretty well as long as you’re holding your phone and expecting the notification banner when making a purchase. However, my previous fraud alert sent text messages, which I preferred. If your phone happens to be in your purse or in another room, a text message will still show up. A banner has disappeared. I don’t generally pull those down to review. I just got compromised and two fraudulent charges flew by before I caught them. I would have seen a text message. Please implement text notifications.

It won’t open
I just updated this app, and it won’t open on my iPhone, it works on my Samsung but everytime I tried to open it on my iPhone it doesn’t open and I have my card locked on it and I need it, it keeps saying I don’t have a connection when I do, they ruined this app by the upgrade

Stopped receiving alerts
Loved the app but it recently stopped sending alerts.
App stopped working
The app no longer gives me charges on my account. Stopped working a couple weeks ago

It’s good but need more features and maybe a better ui update.
Locked Out of Account
Please do not use this app. It will lock you out of your account after a while and any changes you made will remain.
Can’t use
All of a sudden I am unable to login after having and using app for 4 years. And no way to contact and get help.
Not easy
Yes, the app allows you to set spending limits but if you need to make change its can be difficult especially when you’re in the store. It would be nicw if you could freeze/unfreeze your card from within the banking app itself. Face recognition on My cvard rules would also be welcomed. Lastly, an online password reset would be great!
