Doesn’t work
Won’t let me enter my phone number. Should have known it wouldn’t work!

I downloaded from an email. When I went to login it was all Chinese based. Didn’t feel safe so deleted the app
I cannot open an account
When I request a code to be sent via SMS to be able to open my account, it doesn’t come through… thus I cannot open it

Refills phone contact number with Radom digits and won’t allow alterations therefore, no verification code. Rubbish!

Tried numerous times to register but must be US based as it won’t accept my mobile number

Because it puts 2 hyphens in the number, meaning the last figure 0 cannot be entered

I’m not in the USA and so cannot sign up with MyCare. I only have a mobile and that doesn’t seem acceptable…

Cannot add my phone number as it keeps inserting spaces between numbers therefore not enough space to enter my full phone number. Rubbish app.

This app is really awful. It seems to be partially a US app and I cannot even enter a UL phone number and therefore cannot progress. If the NHS has paid for this, they should demand our money back

If you read this - just to google or any search engine and type in mycare nhs and click on the mycare with the little heart in a red file, it’s a page you go into not an app - Even though you look for MyCare NHS in your App Store and down load you can’t create an account as you’re not in the US!! So don’t waste your time
