Ask your physician to switch
I don't usually get to rate many apps, but when it comes to medical use, I'm all over it.... Which is more than I can say for this app.
Pros: The ability to be able to reach out to any of the physicians via message.

Cons: When trying to view any of the available documents, it won't let me back out anywhere. I have to restart the app. You can't edit any of them either.
I accidentally hit "No" on "Use facial recognition". When going into the settings, there's no feature to turn it on/off. The only advanced setting is to delete your account.
Personally, I think the app was thrown together for a cheap way for offices to use something. I can almost guarantee this is one of those "you get what you pay for" apps.

App doesn’t work
This app does not work. Pointless just taking up space of my phone.

The creator of this app has put ZERO EFFORT into this app. Do not waste you time.
DOA
Piece of crap. DOB field uses arrows to move from 2023 to 1942? Will not stay open that long.
Garbage
Cannot sign in on a mobile device, just keep getting invalid messages no matter how many times they send a new pw login. Works fine on the desktop,but come on already
