Ask your physician to switch
I don't usually get to rate many apps, but when it comes to medical use, I'm all over it.... Which is more than I can say for this app.
Pros: The ability to be able to reach out to any of the physicians via message.
Documentation available for review.
Cons: When trying to view any of the available documents, it won't let me back out anywhere. I have to restart the app. You can't edit any of them either.
I accidentally hit "No" on "Use facial recognition". When going into the settings, there's no feature to turn it on/off. The only advanced setting is to delete your account.
Personally, I think the app was thrown together for a cheap way for offices to use something. I can almost guarantee this is one of those "you get what you pay for" apps.

App doesn’t work
This app does not work. Pointless just taking up space of my phone.

The creator of this app has put ZERO EFFORT into this app. Do not waste you time.
DOA
Piece of crap. DOB field uses arrows to move from 2023 to 1942? Will not stay open that long.
Garbage
Cannot sign in on a mobile device, just keep getting invalid messages no matter how many times they send a new pw login. Works fine on the desktop,but come on already
Intuitive software bringing healthcare home
MyCarePlan sends notifications to my iPhone so that I fill out the required forms days before I arrive to my doctors appointment. Gives me the opportunity to use the screen reader to read the questions and I can sign my forms before I get to the office while allowing me to pay my co-pays.
This app is an absolute piece of crap. Pray your healthcare isn’t this bad
I would love to give this app a more thorough review. But I can’t log in. Keeps telling me I need a valid username and password. I can log in via a mobile browser. I can log in from my desktop. I validated that the user name and passwords were the same in all platforms. Nope. Mobile app just keeps staring at me telling me I have to enter a username and password. If your doctor’s care were as bad as this app, you would live barely a week. Maybe doctors should think about what it says about their practice before they decide to go with this platform.

The system does not work consistently as it is intended too.

I used to use this all the time and it worked pretty well. Now it won’t let me log in and says “need username and password” even though I entered them. Reinstalled app and it still doesn’t work.

Very intuitive and functional
Amazingly fast customer support
I have only just started to use this app but it seems to do all it is supposed to reasonably well. When I went to profile dialog and saw I could change my username, email, phone# but not my password I thought about writing a poor review. Instead I contact customer support and was pleasantly stunned to find I got an immediate reply with a fix. Very nice! 5 star support.

Most frustrated app ever
Why have the app if you can’t change your password? And they don’t help you! See just trying to leave this message and you have to leave a nickname and if it’s taken, try again. You can’t leave it blank! Stupid.
Missing options, Data loss
These forms were completed a month ago but today I had to reload the information. I’m guessing the data was lost? Or did I choose the wrong app the first time? Two apps with very similar names are in the App store! Seriously? Check the market before naming then posting an app. Geez!
There is no option for adding secondary insurance provider information.
No option to review forms after submission. update prescriptions, medical history, or add physicians as care needs change. Wow!

Can’t even sign in
Doesn’t let you sign in. I have everything I need on the screen but when you press “Go” nothing happens...
Very frustrating
Need to use this for my telemedicine with doctor. Glitchy...can’t open visits for different family members with same office. Tech people not helpful.
No sound
You can see each other but no sound. The app has NOT asked to use microphone, so basically this app is useless

This app is great. So easy to use. You can schedule appointments on your phone & fill out all your pre-appointment forms digitally, right from your phone.

Being able to schedule appointments and fill out forms online is so convenient! Not having to arrive early to my appointments to take care of paperwork takes customer service to the next level.

I am so glad my doctor’s office has this app! It was so easy to use. I booked my appointment via the app and also filled out my forms prior to my arrival. It is so convenient!
