Not user friendly
The app will send a notification that I have a new document or test result but when you go into it, it’s not updated and you have to wait. I think it would be really helpful if it was organized Ike MyChart is, so parents can see who their child’s nurses and doctors are, and all labs and notes show up in a spot that makes sense. It’s not user friendly. It glitches and randomly makes you sign in instead of using Face ID. This needs a complete upgrade. For such a large organization this is a really sad app and does no justice.

Needs enchantments
At a minimum, please add the ability to save login credentials. Face ID would be even better. I login multiple times a day and it’s a pain to type username and password every single time.
